If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 45 days from the date of delivery, provided that it is in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and tags have not been removed from any garment that came with tags originally.
All Last Chance or Final Sale items are not eligible for return. We are not responsible if the garment is injured after being washed or dried, and proper garment care is entirely up to the customer. In the event that a customer’s package was damaged in route, this would be an issue that needs to be taken up with the shipping carrier, since we do not have any influence or authority over any carriers.
We also cannot change the form of payment after the order is placed. We cannot and will not apply coupon codes after the purchase has been finalized.
Domestic returns are typically processed within five to seven business days of the product being received in the warehouse. International returns may have a longer time, due to things outside of our control such as US customs and the shipping process the customer chose as their return method. We highly encourage customers to return their products with a shipping method that has a tracking number so all parties involved have confirmation of return shipment.
